It is an established boutique Montessori Pre-school in Woodinville.  It is a very profitable business.  The school is turn key with enrollment for the school year 2021-2022.  The equipment and furniture is in excellent condition.  The furniture is custom made and some of the materials are hand-made.  The school is open from 8:50 to 3pm and runs on a ten month school calendar (Northshore or Lake Washington school district).  The school also follows all school holidays and professional days.  The school lease is for 3 to 5 years and can be extended.  The program can enroll 10-12 children from 2 1/2 years to 6 years .   The reason for the sale is re-location due to family and my husband retiring.  The asking price is $60,000.
