Lead Primary Guide (3-6)

Osborn School District is introducing a brand-new public Montessori program in the 2021-22 school year at Montecito Community School. Could you be the Primary Guide to help this program become a shining example of Maria Montessori’s vision in the heart of Central Phoenix?

We are seeking AMI or AMS-certified Primary Guides to open classrooms in August 2021-22. This Guide would employ authentic Montessori pedagogy and practices in the newly outfitted classrooms and act as a steward to a community experiencing Montessori education for the first time.

Our ideal candidate has experience working in a Montessori classroom, desires collaboration, and exercises strong communication skills with parents, students, and colleagues.
